No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not require sign-up, do not collect inputs, and do not store results. Open the page and use it.

No. All calculations, conversions, and generations happen locally in your browser using JavaScript. The network is only used to load the page itself. You can verify this by opening the page, then turning off Wi-Fi — the tools keep working.
