This Privacy Policy explains what information ToolHub collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum data necessary to operate the site, and to be transparent about every category of data we handle.

1. Data we do not collect

All ToolHub tools run in your browser. The numbers, text, passwords, colors, and other values you enter are processed locally and never sent to our servers. We do not log tool inputs. We do not store them. We do not have the technical ability to read them after you close the tab.
ToolHub 的所有工具都在你的浏览器中运行。你输入的数字、文本、密码、颜色等都在本地处理，永远不会发送到我们的服务器。我们不记录工具输入，不存储它们，在技术上也无法在你关闭页面后读取它们。
2. Data we do collect

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic request metadata when your browser loads a page: your IP address (typically truncated or anonymized by the provider), the requested URL, the response status, the user agent string, and the referer. We use these logs only for security (detecting abuse, debugging errors) and aggregated traffic analysis. Logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.

Language preference. We store your chosen language (English or Chinese) in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie, it is never sent to a server, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data.

Voluntary correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
